Abstract

<p>The right to privacy is a dynamic concept of the whole determination of content in the labor law, conditioned changes in the technical and social basis of work, as well as by monitoring the market 157 MEDIJSKI DIJALOZI № 36, Vol. 13 interests of the employer. No pair has taken as much interest as a privacy parlor because, although 129 years have passed since its cornerstone has been laid, we are witnessing that the issue of the right to privacy is still ongoing. However, no normative system failed to determine in its integral way its content. The last years of the twentieth century marked tens of thousands of legal texts devoted to the expert analysis of the positive legal evolution of this right. In response to numerous risks in the modern business that are affecting the privacy of employees and job applicants, the authors tried to point out the vulnerability of the working system PC and gaps in terms of standardizing the protection of the working concept of privacy with the aim of creating the optimal legal solutions to which a framework of employers' behavior has been created.</p>
