Gender-sensitive language in the media, ie its proper use, is an important step in mutual respect and appreciation of human rights. Language is the lifeblood of a culture and if it has the creative richness of expressing gender and gender identity, this advantage should be used. Unfortunately, addressing the female gender is often invisible, especially in the bosnian media. In this paper, an analysis of the use of gender sensitive language and comparisons of BiH print media: Dnevni Avaz, Oslobođenje, Dnevni List, Večernji list (BiH edition), Nezavisne novine is made.
