The condition of the public relations industry in Poland. Changes and directions of development

The article contains a description of the changes that have been taking place over the past few years in the Polish public relations industry, including factors related to COVID-19. The publication presents the methodology of construction and structure of the public relations industry condition index. The project was conducted in 2017, 2019 and 2021. The recent quantitative survey was conducted with a sample of 421 public relations professionals. This is one of the largest surveys conducted in the Polish communication market.
